Einnahmeempfehlung laut Hersteller:
Eine Portion (80 g) in 600 ml Wasser täglich (1-2 Portionen).
1. - 7. Tag: Zwei Portionen täglich. Eine direkt nach dem Aufstehen und eine direkt nach dem Training. An trainingsfreien Tagen sollte die zweite Portion am Nachmittag zwischen den Mahlzeiten verzehrt werden.
Ab 8. Tag: Eine Portion pro Tag, am besten nach dem Training. An trainingsfreien Tagen am besten morgens.
